FAQ
How many evacuation diagrams do we require within our facility?
There are no definite rules as to how many evacuation diagrams you need or where they should be placed within your building. Pre-EMPT will give you guidance specific to your facility, however the number and location of diagrams should ultimately be decided by the Emergency Planning Committee.
We don't have any existing floorplans of our building, what happens here?
Not to worry, Pre-EMPT will arrange one of our experienced Emergency Planning Consultants to attend your site and draw the floorplate, it’s something we’re really effective with. You’ll also receive a copy of this which may come in handy for future projects.
How are the evacuation diagrams installed?
All evacuation diagrams produced by Pre-EMPT come supplied within an A3 Aluminium ‘Snap-lock’ frame with pre-applied high quality double sided tape. There’s no requirement to drill these into the wall, however we do recommend a small amount of Silicone to ensure they remain affixed.
Full installation instructions will be provided, or Pre-EMPT can arrange one of our experienced Emergency Planning Consultants to attend your facility to complete the installation.

Do we receive a digital copy of the Evacuation Diagrams?
YES, Absolutely! They are your Evacuation Diagrams, so you’ll receive a high resolution PDF copy of all files produced for your facility upon completion.
We also work with resellers to produce evacuation diagrams for their customers
